Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging. Earrings may be restricted for hygiene reasons once tried on.
Refunds are reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected.
If a piece is unsuitable, we may support an exchange where stock allows. Any price difference may need to be paid before dispatch.
