Most MUTESCENE pieces are polished silver-tone plated copper. Product pages can be edited to show specific details such as pearls, crystals, stones, or special finishes.

MUTESCENE earrings use silver-tone posts unless otherwise stated. Sensitivity varies by person, so we recommend short first-time wear and removing the piece if irritation appears.

Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Launches, holidays, or high-volume periods may require extra time.

Standard shipping is $9. Orders over $120 qualify for complimentary standard shipping before separate customs, remote-area, or carrier charges.

After dispatch, tracking details are sent by email. You can also use the Order Tracking page, which links to 17TRACK for international carrier updates.

Contact Order Support as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

For hygiene reasons, worn earrings may not be eligible for return. Contact us within 7 days of delivery before sending any item back.

If a piece is unsuitable and remains unworn in original condition, we may support an exchange where stock allows. Any price difference may need to be paid before dispatch.

Keep pieces dry, avoid perfume and chemicals, wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear, and store each piece separately.

Product prices include applicable sales taxes where required. Import duties, customs fees, remote-area surcharges, or carrier collection fees may still be charged by the destination country or carrier.
