Please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery before sending anything back. Approved unworn items in original condition and packaging may be returned free of charge.

Pieces must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be confirmed unworn to qualify. Damaged packaging, customized pieces, and final sale items may not be eligible.

If the piece is not suitable, we can help arrange a free exchange when stock is available. Any price difference between items will be charged or refunded before dispatch.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
