MUTESCENE NOTE
Every MUTESCENE order is checked and packed with care before it leaves our studio. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
In-stock orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays and are not included in the delivery estimates below.
During launches, holidays or periods of high order volume, preparation may take slightly longer. If an item requires additional time, we will contact you at the email address used at checkout.
Standard tracked shipping rates vary by item and destination and are displayed at checkout. Complimentary standard shipping is available on eligible orders of US$120 or more, or the local-currency equivalent shown at checkout, calculated after discounts and before duties or taxes.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched. The timeframes below are based on Yanwen Standard Tracked service and include a one-business-day allowance at the upper end.

European Union estimate applies to Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Sweden and Denmark. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by customs, local carriers, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.
A tracking link will be emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for the first tracking update to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
For orders to South Korea, the recipient may be asked to provide a valid Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) and matching name, telephone number and address details.
Please check your delivery details carefully before placing an order. If you need to request a change, email hello@mutescene.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your parcel appears lost, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and clear photographs where relevant. We will review the shipment with the carrier and guide you through the next steps.
Parcels returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or unpaid import charges may incur return and reshipping costs. These costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
