Our packaging is mostly paper-based, from the outer mailer to the jewelry box and cards. We aim to keep it simple, with the protection each piece needs.
Keep the box for future use, and reuse the pouch and sealable bag for jewelry storage.
If a piece needs attention, contact us before reshaping it or trying a chemical cleaner. Include its name, your order number and clear photos so we can advise on the next step.
Use the sealable bag for individual storage and the pouch or box to keep pieces separate. Reusing these items can help avoid buying additional storage materials.
When packaging is no longer useful, separate paper-based components from fabric and plastic. Check local collection rules: coatings, mixed materials and recycling facilities affect what can be accepted.
Our aim is to reduce unnecessary packaging while retaining the protection each piece needs.
