MUTESCENE / Legal
Cookie Policy
This Policy explains how MUTESCENE uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control optional tracking. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Effective September 22, 2026
What cookies do
Cookies are small files or similar browser technologies used when you visit mutescene.com. Some are necessary for the store to work. Others help remember choices, understand performance or support advertising, depending on your location and privacy choices.
Shopify and our approved service providers may place or read these technologies when they provide store hosting, checkout, payment, fraud prevention, analytics, communications or advertising services.
Cookie categories
| Category | Purpose | Control |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Cart, checkout, security, fraud prevention, account access, payment flow and core site navigation. | Always active because the store cannot function reliably without them. |
| Preferences | Remember choices such as region, language, currency and selected store settings. | Optional where consent is required. |
| Analytics | Measure visits, navigation and store performance so we can understand and improve the shopping experience. | Optional where consent is required. |
| Marketing | Measure campaigns, limit repeated ads and, where permitted, support more relevant advertising. | Optional; may also be subject to sale/sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out rights. |
Consent by region
Where applicable law requires prior consent, optional preference, analytics and marketing technologies remain unavailable until you make a choice. In certain U.S. states, you may instead have the right to opt out of disclosures treated as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising.
We process legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required. Your selection is associated with the browser or device you use and may need to be renewed after clearing cookies or using another device.
Your controls
You can review your Cookie preferences at any time. Rejecting optional technologies does not disable cookies required for the cart, checkout, security or payment.
Browser settings
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent the cart, account or checkout from working correctly. Browser controls do not always replace store-level privacy choices for advertising or data sharing.
Changes and contact
Cookie names and durations may change as Shopify and approved providers update their services. We will update this Policy when our use of these technologies changes materially.
