Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days. Tracking information is sent after dispatch.

For hygiene reasons, worn earrings may not be eligible for return. Please review the return policy and contact customer service before sending anything back.

Keep pieces dry, avoid perfume and chemicals, and store them separately after wiping with a soft dry cloth.
