MUTESCENE pieces are made with polished silver-tone plated copper unless a product page states otherwise. The surface finish is designed for a clean silver look, but it should be cared for as plated jewelry rather than solid sterling silver.

MUTESCENE earrings use silver-tone posts unless a product page states otherwise. If your ears are sensitive, wear briefly at first and stop wearing the piece if discomfort appears.

Apply skincare, perfume, hair products, and cosmetics before putting jewelry on. Remove pieces before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

Water, sweat, salt, perfume, and cleaning chemicals can weaken plating over time. If the piece becomes damp, dry it gently with a soft cloth before storing.

Store each piece separately in a dry pouch or box. Avoid letting pieces rub against keys, chains, stones, or other metal surfaces.

After wear, wipe the surface with a soft dry cloth. Do not use alcohol, abrasive cloths, ultrasonic cleaners, silver polishing liquid, or chemical jewelry dips on plated surfaces.

For pearl, crystal, or stone details, avoid pressure and impact. Clean around settings gently and never pull charms or stones when removing the piece.

Natural surface changes may appear with repeated wear. Keeping pieces dry, separate, and clean will help preserve the MUTESCENE finish for longer.
