We are working to improve mutescene.com with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how digital content can be made more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people with a wide range of access needs.

Our work is continuous. New products, editorial content, technologies and third-party services may introduce new considerations, so we review the experience as the site develops.

Our accessibility work includes reviewing and improving:

• clear page structure, headings and meaningful link text;
• keyboard navigation and visible focus states;
• text readability, color contrast and information that does not rely on color alone;
• alternative text for meaningful product and editorial imagery;
• labels, instructions and error messages in forms and checkout-related journeys;
• compatibility with screen readers, browser zoom and different device sizes; and
• motion and interactive effects so they do not create unnecessary barriers.

The site is designed for current versions of widely used browsers and devices. Older browsers, unusual device configurations or certain assistive-technology combinations may provide a less consistent experience.

Although we aim to make the entire site accessible, some content or functions may not yet fully meet our intended standard. This statement does not mean that the website has undergone a complete independent accessibility certification.

If a feature prevents you from viewing information, choosing a product or completing an order, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or assistance in another suitable way.

Some parts of the shopping experience are provided by third parties, including payment, account, localization, analytics, video, social-media or other embedded services. We encourage our service providers to support accessible experiences, but we may not control every aspect of their interfaces.
