  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our website, products, logistics and customer experience.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents and violations of our terms.
  • Send service messages and, where permitted, marketing communications; measure campaign effectiveness and personalize content or advertising.
  • Comply with law, tax, accounting, recordkeeping, sanctions and regulatory requirements, and establish or defend legal claims.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations and consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand performance and support advertising. Depending on your location, non-essential technologies will be used only after consent. You can manage available choices through our cookie banner, our Cookie Policy, our Your privacy choices page and browser controls.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures to advertising and analytics partners may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Where required, you may opt out through Your privacy choices. We process legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required.

6. How we disclose personal information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Shopify and hosting providers;
  • payment, fraud-prevention and security providers;
  • delivery, warehouse, fulfillment and returns providers;
  • customer support, email, analytics and advertising providers;

Where needed for sourcing, fulfillment, order support or business operations, we may provide limited personal information to Tianjin Yuandian Gou Cross-Border E-Commerce Co., Ltd., located in China, acting as our product supplier and service provider. It may process information only for documented business purposes and subject to contractual confidentiality, security and data-processing obligations.

Your personal information may be processed in the United States, China and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual protections, such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and the applicable United Kingdom transfer addendum.

8. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, tax and accounting obligations, dispute resolution and enforcement. Retention periods vary by record type, legal requirements and the existence of an account or transaction.
