Request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Earrings must be unworn, unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging. Opening the outer box or jewelry pouch does not affect return eligibility. Worn earrings are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items, or your statutory rights.
